This training course is designed to give any employee who is customer facing the skills and tools to provide an outstanding and individualised service. Our exceptional team of trainers provide 1:1 training courses that are tailored to meet each individual's training needs to ensure they get the most out of the course. You will achieve a variety of units, learning about core topics such as how to effectively deal with customer problems, how to promote additional services/products and how to go the extra mile for your customer. You will also work towards achieving your Level 1 Functional Skills in English and maths. By the time you complete the course, you'll be applying your new knowledge to your everyday dealings with customers.

Customer Services Level 3

This training course is designed to give any employee who is customer facing the skills and tools to provide an outstanding and individualised service to an advanced level. By the end of the course you will be conversant in the best ways to monitor and improve customer service, as well as they ways in which this will enhance your business. You will also work towards achieving your Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths.
